Registration procedure

Registration is done in 2 steps on line via the CNRS AzurColloque platform. Registrations open end of January 2011

1) Pre-registration: this step will add your record to our database. Pre-registration does not require immediate payment. You will receive an email shortly after pre-registering informing you that you can finalise registration and proceed with payment.

2) Registration confirmation and payment: this step will complete your registration by selecting payment options (on line credit card of bank transfer).

We urge interested participants to pre-register with us via our On-line Pre/Registration and On-line Payment as early as possible, even if you have not made firm travel arrangements, so we can plan our events more efficiently. The Registration Fee applies to the Symposium. Registration is not considered complete until the Registration Fee is received.

Payment methods:

On-line payment by major credit cards
- Accessed through on-line pre/registration area.
- Automatic payment processing. Receipt will be e-mailed to you instantly.

Bank transfer:

• Bank details of organiser and pre-purchase order will be emailed to you during the pre-registration step.
• Receipt will be emailed to you when transfer has been received by organiser.

Registration fees

All fees are indicated in Euros including VAT. Credit card payments of the Registration Fee are processed in Euros. Payment by bank transfer are also to be received in Euros.

Notes

Registration and call for posters
Authors who submit a poster abstract should register independently of the acceptance notification regarding their poster.

Registration and invited speakers
Invited speakers are requested to complete the registration procedure although they will not pay any registration fee. 

Cancellation
Requests for refund in the case of a cancellation must be made in writing to the Europole Mer Secretariat with supporting documents (including reason for cancellation and copy of registration invoice). Application for cancellation must be made by the 28th of May 2011 at the latest. Refund will only be accepted if cancellation is due to major circumstances. No paid fee will be refunded for cancellation notified after the 28th of May 2011.
