Scope
Participants are encouraged to submit posters related to the scope of the conference. A poster-cocktail session will be held on the evening of Day 1 and posters will be displayed in the conference area throughout Day 1, 2 and 3 until departure of participants.

Language: English only
Format: Rich Text Format (.rtf) or Word (.doc) file
Max size: 250 words (body)
No pictures, tables, or graphs

Steps to submit a poster abstract
1. Format an abstract according to instructions and template
2. Submit an abstract by sending it by email to ESFRI-poster@europolemer.eu by the 1st of April.

Format: A0 (or nearby)

Registration and call for posters
Authors who submit a poster abstract should register independently of the acceptance notification regarding their poster.
